WORK PHILOSOPHY
Work Hard and Do the Best!!
Working Hard is my basic rule for everything to my life. In my opinion, if I am not going to work hard and do my best to do things, why not just not do it. Also working hard is the best way to do things without regret. Once you do your best and working hard, you can easier to accept what results you will get after, either fail and success.
There Always Has The Way To Solve Thing Out.
Whatever what place you working, there always has tons of problems to coming out when you are working. Once something happens when you are working, clam down and don't panic, there always has the way to solve thing out. Just don't rush and wait a few seconds to think about the solution.
Observation Is Important
It is important to watch or observe how other co-workers do things. In fact, inside my working places, I guarantee that most of my co-workers are not going to share their special tricks to me for how to do things more efficient than usual. If someone tells you those tricks, you lucky. If not, observation is the key to be success in the kitchen.
More Communication
Most of the works inside kitchen, people have to working as a team. In this point, communication is necessary when you working as a team. If you want to work more easier when you are in the team, you will need to communicate. Communication is the great lubricant for you to work more efficient with your team members. so don't be shy, just communicate more when you working.
Be Proud Be Confident
After finish my job from the work, I will feel proud and confident what I did. Not only is because that is what you did, but also is the result that you think is most acceptable and satisfied to other people. No one has the authority to judge what you did. So don't be shy and be confident to show them what you did. But if you hear that people talk something about your work, don't worry, maybe you are right, they are wrong.
Always Giving a Help When They Need to
I always giving a helping hands to my other co-workers after I finish my job. For me, It is very important to help them because this is a good opportunity for me to know better about them. Also, after I helping them, they will probably helping me back in the future when I am in trouble or having some difficult circumstances. So working as a team and always helping, even without any reward.
